How does the PayPerViewLiveEvents.com service work?

Our customers have 2 options:

Option 1: Customers should check their local PPV provider for the current offers directly from there television. The customer can actually go to their current provider access portal by using the remote control to see if PayPerView is an option.

Option 2: Customer can also check to see if we are offering the same service(Content) on our website for purchase. If so, if a customer purchases through our website. The content will be available to them by smart and mobile devices(Website/Laptop/Phone/Ipad). If the customer prefers to see the offer on a larger screen. We would suggest that customer connect their smart device to their television via HDMI or a streaming app

The PayPerViewLiveEvents.com service is an Over-The-Top (OTT) Internet Streaming service and partnered VOD and Live Broadcast content distribution platform. The content is ingested from the live event or channel location, and then passed for network transmission over the Internet via our Content Delivery Network (CDN) and the streams are received by your PC or Internet connected device. As a result, there is a delay of 1 to 3 seconds in the programs.

If you encounter problems with the stream?

Here are a few easy steps to fix it:

  • Refresh your browser page.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • Access the website via private/incognito mode.

  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge, etc.)

  • Try using a different device.

  • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.

What Devices can I use?

We support the following devices, Operating Systems, and Browsers:

PC Windows 7+, Server, Vista, with browsers (Internet Explorer IE 10+, Chrome 12+, Firefox 12+ ) with Flash 10.2+

NOTE: We DO NOT support Microsoft XP and earlier O/S

Apple Computers OS 10.5.7+ Intel based with browser (Safari 4.0+) with Flash 10.2+

Android 4.0+ via HTML5 video/audio, using the stock (native) based browser on HTML5’s

Apple devices IOS 6.0+ with HTML5, with browser Safari 4.0+

Hardware supported:

Windows – x86 or x64 (64-bit mode support for Internet Explorer only) 1.6 gigahertz (GHz) or higher processor, 1GB+ RAM

Macintosh – Intel Core Duo 1.83 gigahertz (GHz) or higher processor, 1GB+ RAM

What type of Internet connection do I need to watch any of the PayPerViewLiveEvents.com service?

You need to have a PC and Internet service (DSL, cable, optical fiber, etc.) We recommend 3Mbps Internet service or more for the best viewing experience. Access to the following cable subscription carries:

Does PAY PER VIEW LIVE EVENTS work on both MAC and Windows?

Live viewing is better on Windows, but it is also available on Mac. The recorded service is Windows compatible only.

What is cost of the service?

We provide both PPV one-time transaction Events and VOD content and a future Basic Subscription Plan that will be TBD monthly, and there is an option to also purchase events and content on a pay-per-view PPV basis

What is the initial cost?

There is no initial cost.

What payment options are available?

You can either pay with by PayPal or Credit Card. Credit Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

How can I cancel my service?

There is an option to cancel your subscription under your account profile, when you are logged in. Your request needs to be received at least 2 business days before your next billing date, otherwise your monthly payment will be automatically deducted for the next month. Accounting date of the customer will be the date of application of the service. Monthly members contract automatically update, there is no minimum contract period and there is no cancellation during this period.

Is there service charge for cancellation?

There is no cancellation fee. You will be charged if the request is not received 2 days before the billing period. Your ability to view content will be turned off immediately after you cancel your service.

I am not familiar with using a computer, is there support?

Connectivity to the internet is required. Refer to section on computer set up. For more help contact the Customer Service Desk.

Is the PAY PER VIEW LIVE EVENTS service legal?

The PAY PER VIEW LIVE EVENTS service is legal with contracted customers and for your personal use only.

Can the service be watched on TV?

Yes, you can watch PAY PER VIEW LIVE EVENTS on any Internet connected device with supported Internet Browser. For Apple TV, and Chromecast refer to the output list.

What happens if my email request is bounced?

Gmail and Yahoo accounts can sometimes be directed to spam mail. If this occurs, please check your spam/junk mail folder and except correspondence as non junk mail. If continues to occur please contact PayPerViewLiveEvents.com Customer Service at support@payperviewliveevents.com 

Can I sign up to the service outside the USA?

Yes, the service is available anywhere there is an Internet connection greater than 3 Mbps.

When I try to access the Sign In page, I get a warning that I am entering a site that has Non-secure items or Secure site, or Safe site message, what should I do?

Choose the option to proceed; we are a secure site with full EV SSL Certificates and PCI Compliant.

Can I reset my password?

Yes, you can ask for your password to be reset on the Sign In screen, below the Password entry box

You don’t need to install an app on your TV. Simply follow the steps below to watch on the big screen:

Download the FITE mobile app from the iOS App Store, Android Google Play or Amazon

Connect your mobile device to the same WiFi as your TV

Open the FITE mobile app and select TV Connect Wizard from the Account menu. It will automatically discover and connect to your TV

Once your device/TV has been found you are all set to watch on the big screen; simply find the show you want to watch, hit play via your mobile app and enjoy

Watch on Vidaa, Xfinity 1 & Xfinity Flex, Vizio or VEWD Smart TV’s or via Netgem’s set-top box, via the FITE App.

Instructions for each of the platforms are below:
Comcast’s Xfinity 1 and Xfinity Flex

The easiest way to get FITE is to say “FITE” into your remote control – or – you can press the Xfinity button on your remote and select Apps. Go to FITE under VIDEO. You can also say into your remote, “live sports” or press the Xfinity button on your remote and then press the red arrow until you get to On Demand, then Sports until you see FITE. If you are already a FITE user, use your FITE login. If not, sign up here.

Vidaa or VEWD via Hisense TVs and selected TiVO boxes

Find the FITE app from the VIDAA or VEWD app store on your Hisense TV, or from the VEWD Appstore on certain TiVO set-top boxes versions 4, 5, 6 or 7. If you already are a FITE user, use your FITE login.

Vizio SmartCast TVs

To access the FITE application on your SmartCast TV, press the input button and choose the “SmartCast’ input, or press the “V” or HOME key near the center of your remote. All available apps are displayed in the app row of SmartCast Home. If you already are a FITE user, use your FITE login.

Netgem Set-Top Box

Look for the FITE app inside the Netgem TV app store. If you already are a FITE user, use your FITE login. If not, sign up here.

Watch on Phone or Tablet

Install the FITE app from iOS App Store, Android Google Play or Amazon. Enjoy!

Watch on Amazon Fire TV or Kindle Fire tablet

Download the FITE app on your Fire TV or Kindle Fire tablet. If you already are a FITE user, use your FITE login. You can stream to your Fire TV from the FITE mobile apps or use it as a standalone when you have FITE installed.

Watch on Roku

Add the FITE channel on your ROKU and sign up for free. There’s no subscription and no commitment to start watching. If you are already a FITE user, use your FITE login credentials to recover your profile. FITE is available for all ROKU devices with version 7.7 and above.

Watch on Apple TV

There is a native Apple TV FITE app that can be used standalone. Just search for it in your Apple TV store, install and log in with your FITE account. This will sync your purchases and let you make new ones directly from the Apple TV.

Watch on Xbox One

You don’t need to install an app onto your Xbox One. Simply follow the steps below to watch on the big screen:

Download the FITE mobile app from the iOS App Store, Android Google Play or Amazon

Connect your mobile device to the same WiFi as your Xbox One

Open the FITE mobile app and select TV Connect Wizard from the Account menu. It will automatically discover and connect to your Xbox One

Once your Xbox One has been found you are all set to watch on the big screen; simply find the show you want to watch, hit play via your mobile app and enjoy

For Xbox you’ll be prompted to install the Movies & TV app on the Xbox if it’s not installed already.

Unfortunately Xbox 360 is not supported due to old hardware.

Watch on PS4

To watch FITE on PS4, open the PS4 browser, go to www.fite.tv, sign in, pick a video you want to watch and enjoy.

Watch on Chromecast

Similar to other popular mobile video apps, the FITE mobile app automatically discovers your Chromecast and and allows you to stream to them. Install the FITE app from iOS App Store, Android Google Play or Amazon, connect your mobile device to the same WiFi router as your Chromecast and enjoy watching combat sports on the big screen.

Watch on Android TV

Just go to the Android TV store and install FITE. Log in with your account and you are all set!

Watch on Computer

Pick an event from the schedule, or search for a specific content. Open the content page and enjoy!

You can use FITE with all major modern browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. You can cast to Chromecast devices and Chromecast-enabled TVs straight from the FITE video player in your browser, and cast to iOS devices and iOS-enabled TVs directly from your iPhone, iPad or Mac computer.
